Junior System Engineer

 Expectations:

• Customer support for Xerox products and software.
• Covers the province of Limassol. (Preferable Based in Limassol)
• Basic Knowledge of Network and Windows servers.
• Certificates (Cisco, Windows Server etc.) will be considered as an advantage.
• Critical thinking on solving problems.
• Ability to learn fast.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good English verbal and written.
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs.
• Completes the required documents provided by the internal operating procedures of the company.

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and people skills.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
